Our manufacturing facility has been fully operational since 1973 and is fully automated with the latest state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment. This has given us the ability to have significant control over the timely performance and subsequent completion of all our projects. We have the capacity to custom manufacture and pre-assemble all types of ductwork for a wide range of projects.
During the procurement of HVAC duct systems for the Eastern Processing Facility at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station we worked alongside Lockheed Martin and Ductz International in developing shop duct fabrication, installation, and duct cleaning protocol. This joint effort resulted in the development of a 2,600 SF clean area within our fabrication facility dedicated to the manufacture of duct with cleanliness levels below .5 mg/ft2 non volatile residues and with particulate counts below a NADCA Acceptable Cleanliness Level of 0.75 mg net weight of debris collected per 100 square centimeters-Visually Clean (VC). This duct will be used to supply clean air to an ISO Class 5 clean room.
